Radiation protection equipment is made of flexible lead-based polymeric materials or special lead-free materials and are produced according to the user’s wish. In addition to the standard lead thicknesses of 0.25 mm Pb, 0.35 mm Pb and 0.50 mm Pb, protective aprons with different lead thicknesses and corresponding protection can also be produced, under special order.
LIGHTWEIGHT LEAD
This protective material called lightweight lead is 22% lighter than standard lead materials, while its protective properties are at the same values.
LEADFREE
According to users request, x-ray protection aprons by using Leadfree materials, which does not contain any lead and are environmentally friendly can be supplied. Leadfree materials are 20% lighter than standard lead materials, while their protective properties are at the same value.
STANDARD COVER MATERIALS
The outer standard protective materials and accessories are specially made by OXFORD type fabrics, which are resistant to wear during prolonged use and have a hygienic easy-clean structure. The color selection is made from the following options:

Description
It is a stylish model, combination of vest & skirt, providing easy moving by dividing the weight between shoulders and waist. Overlapping panels (0,175mm / 0,250mm) in Vest Skirt Apron Wrap Model provide a perfect protection by covering completely the front side of the body. As an example, to provide 0,50mm Pb protection, 2 overlapping 0,250mm Pb panels are used (double-breasted). Spiral models provide a light usage and a higher level of protection in long term usage. Apart from the standard sizes below, skirt-apron model can be produced in custom made sizes.
