Description
SURTRON EVAC is a vacuum and filtering smoke system which are produced during the surgical procedures. The generated smokes during the surgical procedures have a bad, strong and long smell. These smokes consist of water vapor, organic gas, visible or invisible solid particles and viral parts. A good aspiration and filtration procedure eliminates bad smells, reduces the bacteriological & viral risks, and solves, the major annoying problem of the optimal vision on the operational spot.
The vacuum activation is possible by:
- AUTOMATIC activation, through an electronic control system which monitors the activation of the high frequency electrosurgical unit
- MANUAL activation, directly on the unit through a foot switch (optional)
The flux of the aspiration can be regulated upon surgical needs. Especially for the laparoscopic procedures there is a specific function, quickly selectable.
SURTRON EVAC has an electronic suction control with indication of the filters’ status. There are two different types of filters, which offer immediate replacement and consist of an ULPA type filter with active carbon to eliminate the unpleasant odors of electrosurgical smokes and with a 7/8” (22 mm) connector. In addition, they have an electronic status control system.
The BLUE filter is standard and is included with the unit.
The RED filter is an optional spare part, recommended for long-term use.
